Ride for Life
Hundreds of horseriders hoofed it to Fawkham in Kent in June for the pinkest date in the equine calendar. They saddled up for the Ride for Life – a 10 mile off-road ride to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Everyone – from the riders to the horses – was in pink!

Sam's book raises funds after cancer battle
Nine-year-old cancer survivor, Sam Viney, has written two books to raise money for Cancer Research UK. His first book, The Lost Egg, raised £200 for the charity and Sam's second book, The Dinosaur's Egg, is also now available.
